Montane on Banff Ave
Montane on Banff Avenue was the first purpose-built rental in Banff in over 20 years. The stunning 3 storey wood-framed building is made up of 38 - 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Construction on this chalet-inspired building was completed in 2015.
Kaleidoscope
A new way of living arrived with Kaleidoscope, northwest Calgary’s premiere rental apartment building, in the sought-after Banff Trail neighborhood. Completed in 2013, this 5 Storey, 70 unit concrete apartment building is minutes from the University of Calgary, McMahon Stadium and Crowchild Trail, and easy access to downtown. This fashionable collection of one and two bedroom apartments is now the city’s preferred address for hip, urban living.
Bristol Townhomes
Elegant collection of contemporary townhomes in Quarry Park, these 3 storey, 2 bedroom townhomes featured detailed exteriors and stylish modern finishing packages. The Bristol Townhomes were Birchwood’s final project in Quarry Park, with the last home sold in Autumn 2015.

As one of Canada’s most renowned urban redevelopments, Currie Barracks offered discerning homeowners everything they could want in a new, established community. Birchwood’s single family homes sold out in 2014 and featured a long list of highly sought-after features including open concept floorplans, premium designer finishes, double or triple garages and fully developed basements.
City Life Homes
City Life Homes was a successful inner city development, completed in 2012. With over 60 new homes built in the well established North West communities of Mount Pleasant, Capitol Hill and Banff Trail, CityLife became a highly sought after development. The homes boasted both Craftsman and Contemporary exteriors appealing to a wide range of buyers. Rich architectural style, extensive brick accents and charming front porches added to the overall curb appeal. Being only minutes to downtown and walking distance to some of Calgary’s most established schools and parks, CityLife blended modern homes, with the many benefits of living in an established neighbourhood.

Completed in 2011, Royal Oak Estates was a comprehensively designed, master-planned neighbourhood of 78 character homes. Access Cougar Ridge
Completed in 2011, these 89 contemporary townhomes were all within convenient access of downtown, Sunterra Market and the mountains. Located in the hilltop community of Cougar Ridge, this development added a perfect touch to the west end of an established and award-winning community.
Jack & Jill Cranston
The Jack & Jill side-by-side homes were first introduced by Birchwood in the master planned community of Cranston in Calgary’s southeast. The homes in Cranston appealed to the first time purchaser as well as retirees who were downsizing. These successful homes were also offered in Cougar Ridge, with both projects completed in 2008.
Cougar Ridge
This successful project was completed in 2008 in this popular West side community. These single family homes appealed to both first time home buyers as well as second time move-up and empty nesters. With its close proximity to downtown and popular Westside amenities there was something for everyone at Cougar Ridge.
The Cabins of Pinecone Lane
The Cabins of Pinecone Lane was a 48 unit project that was constructed on the 8th fairway of the prestigious Springs at Radium Golf Course in Radium, B.C. The project featured an innovative offering of single-detached vacation homes that ranged in price from $175,000 to over $400,000.
Coachman’s Crossing
Coachman’s Crossing was comprised of a 47 unit first phase and a 17 unit second phase in the estate community of Wentworth in Calgary’s Southwest. Phase one was completed in 2005 and phase two was completed in 2006. The project consisted of duplex’s, tri-plex’s and four-plex’s with intricate craftsman detailing. The project appealed to the style-conscious urban professional.
The Homes at Springbank Hill
The Homes at Springbank Hill was a villas project with double attached garages. The project is located in the community of Springbank Hill and was targeted at the empty-nester market. The Homes at Springbank Hill was completed in 2004.
Access Springside
Completed in 2003, Access Springside was a 78 unit stacked townhouse project located in Calgary’s South West. The project was comprised of two and three story buildings in 3 and 6-plex configurations. The innovative floor plans offered affordable, entry-level living in Calgary’s prestigious West End.
